The house and garden are situated on a south facing wooded hillside just 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

The house and garden are accessible by pedestrians from the town via the footpath to Bodieve accessed from Bradfords Quay. Alternatively there is a steep track up from Gonvena Hill adjacent to the Ship Inn car park. Those arriving by car should follow the directions given in the locations and directions page.
